Every paid plan includes: Adjacent section monitoring (we watch your 8 surrounding sections automatically), OCC docket alerts for pooling and spacing cases, and smart document extraction with AI.

Your Mineral Command Center

More than monitoring — a complete platform to organize and understand your mineral assets.

Interactive Heat Map

See all your properties plotted on a map with nearby wells, permits, and drilling activity. Instantly understand what's happening around your minerals.

Smart Connections

We automatically link your properties, wells, and uploaded documents together. No manual organizing — everything connects itself.

Instant Data Enrichment

Add a property or well and we pull in OCC records, operator info, permit history, and production data automatically.

What We Monitor For You

New Drill Permits

Get alerted when operators file Form 1000 to drill on or near your property. Your first warning that activity is coming.

Well Completions

Know when drilling finishes and production begins. This signals royalty checks are coming soon.

OCC Docket Filings

Pooling orders, spacing cases, increased density applications, and more. We monitor 7 filing types that affect your minerals.

Permit Expiration Alerts

Permits expire after 2 years. We'll alert you before they lapse so you can track operator intentions.

Operator Transfers

Know immediately when operational control changes hands. Critical for updating your payment and contact info.

Smart Document Extraction

Upload pooling orders, division orders, and deeds. Our AI extracts key terms, bonus amounts, and royalty rates automatically.

Common Questions

What counts as a "property"?

A property is a unique section-township-range location (e.g., 28-14N-04W). If you have multiple wells in one section, it counts as 1 property. We also monitor your 8 adjacent sections automatically.

What are document credits?

Document credits let you upload deeds, pooling orders, and division orders for AI extraction. One document = one credit. Monthly credits reset each billing cycle. Annual plans include bonus credits that never expire.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel instantly from your dashboard and keep access until the end of your billing period.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We never share your property locations or documents with third parties. We are a monitoring service, not a mineral buyer or landman operation.

What's the difference between wells and properties?

Properties are monitored by section-township-range. Wells are tracked by their specific 10-digit API number. You can add wells anywhere in Oklahoma, even outside your property sections.

What are bonus document credits?

Annual plans include a one-time bonus of permanent credits (75 to 2,500 depending on plan) that never expire while you're subscribed. These are in addition to your monthly credits.
